I think more American people like parties than Asian people. In the US, parties and events are held frequently. In my case, I didn’t have so many parties which American university students have when I was in Japan. We go to restaurants or bars to eat food and drink, however, they are not like parties.
I joined paint war where people throw paint at each other last Monday. Japaneses people don’t have such event, although in these days, they imported a event called THE COLOR RUN from Arizona sate. Because it is said that Chinese people also don’t have custom to held big parties. It can be said that even parties represent national characters.
